About me

I thought I would post some random bits of information about me! It occurred to me today when I was looking at the stats for the hits on my blog, that most people who visit know nothing about me, other than the fact that I am a photographer. Therefore today I asked a friend for some questions I might get asked. So here goes, some random questions with the answers.......

Sex and age? female 40 something (don't ask)

Married? Children? Yes married with two children. A girl and a boy, both in their teens.

Do you like animals? Oh yes, I do love animals. My love of animals was how I first got into photography. I particularly like birds. I also have two cats and three dogs (one labrador and two cairn terriers, or terrorists as my vet calls them).

What is your favourite country? Too many to list probably, but I LOVE Australia, New Zealand and Sri Lanka.

Favourite film? I have lots I absolutely adore, all of them are weepies, Finding Neverland, Steel Magnolias, Perfect World to name a few.

What don't you like doing? Housework and cooking. My husband is a much better cook than me. (he cleans better than me too!)

Sad but proud

Unusually for me this is a personal posting on my blog. My beautiful daughter has gone away on her gap year travels. She has gone with some friends and I know they will all look after one another. I am sure they will have an amazing time visiting Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and India. So I had a bit of an emotional weekend and to be honest have not really been able to concentrate on what I know I should be doing, but I'm sure I'll be forgiven. She has worked incredibly hard over the past few years and achieved top grades in ALL of her exams, I am immensely proud of her. I know she is going to 'pop in' from time to time when she can get to an internet cafe, so have an absolutely fantastic adventure girls and boys and stay safe. xxx

New blog size

I thought with all the snow restricting my movements I would take the time to have a little play around with my blog. You may have noticed already that I have increased the size of the blog and most importantly, the size of the images. I think it looks alot better. I hope you like it.

I hope to add 'my favourites' from 2008 over the next few days, plus the other boudoir shots I promised you.
